Abstract: Organizational climate is considered as one of the important topics that take the attention of all sports institutions at the present time regardless of their nature or shape. Professional Sports club is one of the most important of these institutions, which provide suitable atmosphere for the worker so as to employ all his abilities perhaps the interest in organizational climate due to its importance which is represented in the development and improvement of administrative work inside institution. Accordingly this study, entitled “the organizational climate pattern in Professional Sports Clubs, its role in achieving administrative creativity”, aims to identify the role played by organizational climate pattern in professional sports clubs in achieving administrative creativity. This study was applied to professional sports clubs in Algeria, first and second professional league football clubs, its mean problem was: “Does the organizational climate pattern in professional sports clubs play a role in achieving administrative creativity?” And the sub questions are stated the following: 01-Does the encouraging climate in professional sports clubs play a role in achieving administrative creativity? 02-Does the cooperative climate in professional sports clubs play a role in achieving administrative creativity? 03-Does the climate of confidence in professional sports clubs play a role in achieving administrative creativity? 04-Does the customer service climate in sports professional clubs play a role in achieving administrative creativity? 05-Are there statistically significant differences in achieving administrative creativity to because of variables (age, gender, job and professional experience)? This study aimed to know the role of organizational climate patterns (encouraging and cooperative, customer service and confidence) in professional sports clubs and its role in achieving administrative creativity, and also to know if there were statistically significant differences in achieving administrative creativity due to the variable (age, gender, job and professional experience). In order to reach the goals of this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach using the scale of “organizational climate patterns and their role in achieving administrative creativity”. The researcher depended on a set of measures for a group of researchers in the administrative field and organizational psychology. It was applied to a sample consisting of (61) administrators distributed on the first and second professional league clubs for football in Algeria, and their number was (08) clubs during the two sports seasons 2017-2018 and the season 2018-2019, and the researcher relied on the statistical system SPSS in data analysis. the study found that the climate pattern (encouraging, cooperative, confidence, customer service) in professional sports clubs plays a role in achieving administrative creativity, and there are statistically significant differences in achieving administrative creativity attributed the variables (age, position, professional experience) for the tool as a whole are at the level of significance (α≤0.05), while there are no statistically significant differences in achieving administrative creativity due to the variables of education level for the tool as a whole at the level of significance (α≤0.05)
