Abstract: The consecration of transitional justice depends on the mechanisms of the knowledge of the truth, the restoration of the memory, the institutional control and reform, the lawsuits and the repair of the damages. And The criminal restorative justice in general and the criminal and the restorative justice of terrorist offenses in particular, combines its measures between criminal justice and restorative justice, while ensuring that the objectives are balanced with the need for peace. Which means, to balance justice at both ends with responsibility, reparation and the attainment of social peace. It relies on the mechanisms of lawsuits and reparations, providing for them either in ordinary criminal laws (procedural and substantive), or in exceptional laws (such as laws of national reconciliation). This type of justice has been introduced into terrorist crimes, which are considered one of the most serious crimes, after the great success that it has experienced in irregularities and offenses, represented in criminal reconciliation, criminal mediation, criminal regulation and order.
