Abstract: Election is the ideal method for selection and government representation and it is the basis of every democratic transition process. Therefore, interest in the different mechanisms of managing and organizing elections and monitoring their procedures emerged as an area of research and study with the purpose of enhancing the integrity and credibility of the electoral process. The study deals with the various mechanisms of supervision and control over the election of members of parliament in light of the Algerian and Moroccan legislation under the legal and constitutional reforms in both countries, with the aim of identifying the details of managing and organizing the electoral process in each of its stages, and the means of oversight that affect its conduct directly to ensure that it is directed to the correct destination. These mechanisms have been addressed by studying the legal system that includes the parts of supervision and control during the preliminary stages of the election or the contemporary and post-voting stages by highlighting the role of the bodies supervising the procedures of the electoral process in each country and the role of the elections judge in protecting the right to vote and stand for election and the legitimacy of parliamentary elections elections judge
