Abstract: The frameworks of the enhancement of TJ for the International Normative Protection of Human Rights are reflected in the facts that through their judicial and non-judicial mechanisms, they succeed in strengthening the rule of law and combating impunity. Any significant progress in one or more of these basic frameworks of TJ and DwP - Such as recognizing the link between Truth and Reconciliation Commissions and the right to the truth, or initiating preparatory procedures for reforms in the most important institutions in transitioning states such as security, justice and prisons sectors, by linking them to the right of non-repetition. As well as linking individuals and groups human rights to the right to criminal and civil redress- would not only provide satisfaction and ensure on the national and societal peace and stability, but also restore and strengthen confidence in state’ institutions and the implemented mechanisms and procedures to deal with the past. In addition to the enforcement at the international and national levels in order to move forward without forgetting or taking lessons from what had happened.
