dc.description.abstractABSTRACT : The current regional and international transformations - within the framework of the so-called Arab mobility - have led to the collapse of many stable countries because of the intertwined internal and external causes that proved their failure in the inability of their political systems to build a true democratic state. However, Algerian foreign policy trends remained committed to its firm positions and constitutional principles toward different international and regional crises, including the Libyan crisis, which is considered one of the most complicated crises in the current period. Despite its serious consequences that mainly touched Algerian national security, Algeria refused all forms of international intervention - which will contribute to complicating and aggravating the crisis - stressing the peaceful dialogue between different Libyan parties. This is what Algeria’s efforts to find a successful approach to resolve the Libyan crisis by opening the channels for peaceful dialogue among the various contending parties, and by assuring Libya’s unity and sovereignty.en_US
