This work presents a detailed and systematic study of the robust torque control of the of the induction machines using the approach of the minimum energy. A control technique well established and widely used in research as in industry. A comparative study with the classic vector control shows that the optimal flux operation, allows for high performances compared to the constant rated flux operation. The major drawback is the slow dynamics of the developed torque.en_US
