Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between human relations skills and methods of managing organizational conflict among (108) frameworks at Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate –Biskra and in order to do this study, we relied on the descriptive correlational method, two questionnaires were designed, the Human Relations Skills Questionnaire and the Organizational Conflict Management Methods Questionnaire and this study reached the following results:  the frameworks of Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate – Biskra use Human relations skill :(Communication skill , teamwork skill Leadership skill ) to a high degree, and they are arranged according to relative importance as follows: leadership skill , teamwork skill communication skill.  the frameworks of Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate – Biskra use the five methods : (cooperation style , condescend style , compromise style , competition style , avoidance style) for managing organizational conflict ; and There is a discrepancy in terms of the degrees of use of these methods ranging between a high degree and a medium degree, as the methods used came to a high degree according to the following order : (compromise style , cooperation style , avoidance style) ,While the frameworks of Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate – Biskra use (competition style , condescend style ) to a medium degree.  There is a correlational relationship with statistical significance between Human relations Skills and methods of managing organizational conflict among the frameworks of Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate – Biskra.  There is a positive correlational relationship between Communication skill and methods of managing organizational conflict among the frameworks of Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate – Biskra.  There is a positive correlational relationship between teamwork skill and methods of managing organizational conflict: )cooperation style, compromise style, competition style , avoidance style( among the frameworks of Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate – Biskra.  There is no positive correlational relationship between teamwork skill and condescending style among the frameworks of Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate – Biskra.  There is a positive correlational relationship between Leadership skill and methods of managing organizational conflict among the frameworks of Sonatrach Maintenance Directorate – Biskra.
