The objective of this study is the numerical modelling, two-dimensional, transient of transfer of mass, heat in the GDL and the catalyst layer, the membrane and the inter connector of fuel cell PEMFC. A program based on the finite volume method was approved with an aim of simulating the equation system in question. The effect of permeability, over potential on the distribution of the various parameters of the model through the gas diffusion layer GDL, the catalyst layer the membrane and the inter connector in the (OXY) plan was shown. The fuel cell is limited by two major problems: the draining of the membranes and water clogging of the channels of distribution of gases. Therefore the effect of the boundary conditions, and the density and of the density of current on the concentration of water through the membrane was presented.en_US
