Abstract: The development of the systems of the international trade, the systems of technology and the information and communication have led the institutions to live among an open global context characterized by deep and rapid changes. All those factors targeted the permanent survival of the institutions and its continuity. Because these changes become so important, the institution has to be stronger and go beyond in order to reach an excellent level and to ensure a long survival. The institution was seeking for the best ways to realize great achievements which make the production system and its management appeared as a major factor in realizing that goal. Being a crucial element in the institution’s activity and a source of the creations of the value, the institution has to improve the methods to develop the system of production. Several techniques that helped the improvements of the production system have appeared in parallel with the development of the aims of the production in each stage. Among these methods we find (system of quality management standard, the re-ingeneering, work's terms). These techniques were based on new basics and concepts, so that they will influence many processes in the institution among which we mention the training, the adoption of these methods will lead to some changes on the working practices. The availability of human resources have played a great role in the realization of these processes and the maintaining of the work status within its basics and principles. This could be achieved through the preservation of the individual’s skills and competence. Consequently, the training is a crucial method in realizing this goal.
