Abstract: The study dealt with Instagram and the culture of the university student's dress, which focused on female university students specifically at the University of Biskra. It focused on female university students at the University of Mohamed Kheidar-Biskra, given that they are the most users of the Instagram site, and this study falls into ethnographic studies that seek to study the way and way of life of a people or a community. In order to achieve the set goals, I used the tools of observation, participation and interview, in order to reach a variety of knowledge and more accurate information, and collect them in order to answer the questions raised. After many methodological and theoretical steps, I reached a set of results, the most important of which is that university students see that Instagram is a platform that helped them choose their clothes, and that the student’s dress depends on her psychology.
