Abstract: Abstract The study of the issue of reforme among Algerians and the issues of social reform between between the two world wars 1919/1939 AD, we highlight the emergence of a strong reform movement in Algerian society known as "reformers", a group of Algerian intellectuals who sought to achieve social, cultural and religious change in Algeria colonized under French colonialism, where the main goals of the Algerian reformers included improving the living conditions of Algerian women and youth, combating social scourges, heresies and superstitions, and expanding the rights of Algerians in Education and the establishment of cultural associations and clubs in the community, as they expressed their opinions and attitudes towards issues with a focus to achieve social justice and seek to promote cultural and religious awareness of Algerians.
