Abstract: COVID-19 pandemic had disrupted schooling globally affecting millions of students. The conventional face-to-face education system has been replaced by E-learning overnight. Participants of the present study are 20 teachers at the department of English at Mohamed Khider University of Biskra. Answers are observed to gain deeper insights using a semi structured questionnaire and data is analyzed through thematic Analysis. The results obtained reveals that despite the extensive use of e-learning even after the Corona epidemic and according to the outcomes obtained in this investigation most of the teachers have unfavorable experiences with E-learning. However, they still suffer from some problems such as logistic problems, lack of internet connections and the lack of training that prevent teachers and students from participating in sufficient knowledge. The overall finding of this study is intended to assist stakeholders in taking the necessary steps to address the above issues and ensure improved learning experiences, particularly in an E-learning environment.
