Abstract: The issue of democracy is one of the most important issues throughout history, because it is one fundamental issues and it has become a special place in the political, social and cultural discussions because the issue of democracy has received great attention from thinkers and politicians because it is directly linked to the human being, because the human being was born free and for this reason there must be no prejudice, and must not be compromised. Bertrand Russell tried to find from the authority the systems that make man a machine, and in another capacity, slaves, and this contradicts the principle of freedom. And love between individuals where the citizen feels that it is the duty of others to respect them and deal with them according to the principle of dialogue and positive discussion in which he chares his ideas with others, and thus the good qualities spread, and this is a clear result of his upbringing and education based on sound foundations, and accordingly the public benefit is achieved.
