Abstract: The subject of my study revolves around the ethics of medicine when Abu Bakr Al-Razi, in which the philosophical perceptions of Abu Bakr Al-Razi were identified represented in the five philosophical landmarks (God, the soul, the Cytoplasm, matter and space), and crystallized his ideas and medical practice that were ahead of his time parallel to our current era, as he has developed for us the etiquette of synchronizing the medical profession The latter contributes to the consolidation of the relationship between the doctor and the patient, as his medical practice was not limited to the theoretical side only, but included the experimental side of the applied Despite the emergence of new ethical problems and the emergence of a new axiological term known as biotechnology, Al-Razi, through his medical profession and writings, especially the ethics of the doctor, explained to us that he had addressed most of these dilemmas in his time, and this is evidence that bioethics is linked to classical medical ethics, but it is renewed like any new science or branch carrying new laws and ideas
