Abstract: the aim of this study was to uncover the impact of night shift work on the education of working mothers' children, specifically focusing on the healthcare sector. The researchers started with a main question: What is the impact of night shift work on the education of working mothers' children? In this study, a descriptive methodology was adopted, relying on a comprehensive survey of the participants due to the small research population. Data collection was primarily done through the use of a questionnaire as the main tool, with supplementary tools such as interviews used to answer the research questions. After analyzing and interpreting the data, the study arrived at the following results:  Working mothers on night shifts show significant interest in their children's education and strive for effective communication with teachers. There seems to be a growing awareness of the importance of mothers' role in their children's education and academic progress.  Direct communication with teachers and school visits are important means for working mothers on night shifts to stay informed about their children's educational developments and challenges.  Working mothers on night shifts respond positively when their children face specific academic difficulties, engaging in discussions with teachers and working on strategies to help their children overcome challenges.
