Abstract: This study, titled parental accompaniment and its relationship to the academic excellence of baccalaureate students, aimed to identify the relationship of parental accompaniment to the academic excellence of baccalaureate students, through which we tried to reveal the nature of this relationship, and the role played by parents in raising the rate of superiority of their children in the baccalaureate degree. In dealing with this topic, we relied on four chapters, where we devoted the first chapter to the general framework of the study, the second chapter to parental accompaniment and its relationship to the school excellence of baccalaureate students, then the fourth chapter dealt with academic excellence, the fourth chapter dealt with the methodological procedures of the study and the fifth and last chapter deals with the presentation and analysis of the results. As for conducting the field study, it took place at a secondary school (Al-Mujahid moadeed Al-Hashemi Shamma in Biskra), and the intentional sample was used on 59 Baccalaureate students divided into divisions (literature, philosophy, Management, Economics and experimental sciences), we used the descriptive curriculum, and relied on methodological tools represented in the form and percentages, and through this study we came to the conclusion that the moral and material sponsorship by parents has a strong relationship with the academic excellence of baccalaureate students.
