Abstract

This study aims to stand on the role of non-formal education in achieving equal educational opportunities for learners from the point of view of teachers and parents. It has a major role in achieving equal educational opportunities for learners, as it works to raise the skills and knowledge of students, thus achieving opportunities for them to succeed and excel. The results of our study also revealed that the percentage of students enrolled in private lessons is very large because of what, and the reasons are due to parents’ awareness of the importance of private lessons as parallel education to academic education, especially in the final years, on the one hand, and on the other hand, to the courses and lessons offered by teachers via YouTube that raise the level of stumbling students In order to join the ranks of the excellent and the outstanding, this achieves the principle of justice and social equality among students, especially in the availability of the network and smart electronic devices that allow the student to study anywhere and at any time.
