Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of kinship relations on organizational relations in the institution, based on sub-questions: How do kinship relations affect decision-making within the Center for Vocational Training and Apprenticeship, Grouf El Tayeb Biskra? How do kinship relations affect the delegation of authority within the Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Center, Grouf El Tayeb Biskra? How do kinship relationships affect communication within the Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Center, Grouf El Tayeb Biskra? In order to carry out this study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and we conducted a comprehensive survey of the users of the administration and the common interests of the Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Center, Grouf El Tayeb Biskra, represented by 43 employees, using the questionnaire tool in order to collect the study data, and after discussing and analyzing the study questions and the general question, I concluded The study indicates that the decision-making process and the communication process within the center are not affected by the official aspect of the organizational processes, through the participation of the decision-making process with the employees on the part of the decision-maker, it appears to us that it is with the employees who have relatives, and the process of delivering messages from the bottom to the top, Through employees who have kinship relations of all kinds, just as the process of delegation of authority is not affected by kinship relations in organizational relations. Therefore, kinship relationships affect organizational relations, in the decision-making process and the communication process, and do not affect them in the process of delegation of authority
