dc.description.abstractThe present study addressed the problem of organizational values adopted by businesswoman in entrepreneurship context, encompassing three core issues (management, task management, environment management) and nine sub-issues (strength, elite, reward, effectiveness, competence, economy, defense, competition, exploitation of opportunities) in the region of Biskra distributed to a group of regions out. The current study targeted a number of objectives, including bringing the topic up from a theoretical point of view, collecting information and exploiting it on the field framework, so that it aimed to shed light on organizational values by defining them, clarifying their characteristics and classifications, standing on the concept of businesswomen, and clarifying advantages and characteristics. The present study also dealt with a descriptive approach, on a sample of 18 individuals, and it was chosen through a purposive sample, the data were collected using the "Francis Woodcock 1995" scale. Hence, through the findings that were reached, all the organizational values perceived by the study sample came at a high rate. Businesswoman relies on the organizational values in her practice of contracting work in each of the management values, environmental management values, and mission management values, and this was reached This is done using the statistical method, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and percentageen_US
