dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the quality of working life and its role in improving the performance of workers at the national corporation for Textile industries in biskra. And to achieve this goal we used the descriptive method for the study, A questionnaire was designed consisting of 33 phrases over two axes, 3 phrases for the personal data and 30 phrases for the axis of the two variables. It was distributed using a stratified random sample method, where 52 questionnaires were distributed and 45 questionnaires were returned on the production department. The two students relied on the statistical program v25 to analyze the data and used statistical methods represented in each of the following: percentage and arithmetic mean Standard deviation and repetition, and the results revealed the presence of an important role for the quality of work life in improving the performance of workers in the institution under study, this is done through the integration of the Three aspects( the motivational aspect, the organizational, and the functional aspect), these last points that contributed to raising the performance of the workers in terms of improving the quality of the work done and the commitment of the workers and increasing the amount of work, wich lead the institution to exclusivity in performance service and production to achieve excellence and leadership.en_US
