dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to find out the role of organizational communication in achieving career quality, in the maintenance Directorate_SONATRACH_Biskra The problem of the study was in the main question: How organizational communication contributes to career achievement? We include the following sub-questions: How formal organizational communication contributes to the achievement of career quality? How informal organizational communication contributes to career quality? The objectives of the study were as follows: Acknowledge the role of formal organizational communication in achieving career quality. Recognize how much informal organizational communication contributes in achieving career quality. Attempt to answer the questions of the study. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting three chapters was used. First chapter includes the personal data of the respondents and contains four questions, Second chapter includes data on the role of formal organizational communication in achieving the quality of career and contains twelve phrases, and the third chapter includes data on the role of informal organizational communication in achieving career quality and contains seven phrases. It distributed to random sample of 40 employees of the Maintenance Directorate Sonatrach_Biskra _. In this study, the descriptive approach was used, which helped us to challenge the path of the study and the steps of data collection, analysis and linking it with the theoretical aspect in order to achieve the study objectives. We also relied on statistical methods, represented by frequency and percentage. From the analysis of the obtained data, a set of results was reached and thus came up with an answer to the main question. It was concluded that formal organizational communication contributes in participation to make the administrative decisions, as informal organizational communication contributes to job security. From these results, we came to the general conclusion; organizational communication has a role in achieving career quality in the maintenance Directorate _SONATRACH_Biskraen_US
