The problem of our current study was crystallized about: the implications of work pressures on the job performance of the worker - a field study on a sample of workers in the administration of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Mohamed Kheidar Biskra - through this study we asked the following main question: How does work stress affect the worker's job performance? The main question includes the following sub-questions: - How does workload affect a worker's job performance? - How does the organizational structure affect the employee's job performance? - How does the physical work environment affect the worker's job performance? To study this subject, we followed the descriptive approach, and relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool, as well as observation and interview, knowing that the sample size was 63 workers. And we reached the results that confirm that - The workload negatively affects the employee's job performance. - The organizational structure reflects positively on the employee's job performance. - The physical work environment positively affects the employee's job performanceen_US
