Abstract

Our current study aims to identify the attitudes of university students towards contracting work, specifically for the second master's level All disciplines, in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Mohamed Kheidar Biskra, and the number is 861 students, and we have adopted the descriptive approach to conduct the study, We used data collection tools, which are represented in the questionnaire that was distributed to the study sample, estimated at 86 items. That is, 10% of the study population, which were withdrawn using the probability sampling method and in a simple random way, from which 86 questionnaires were retrieved, with an estimated rate of 100% .
