dc.description.abstractBased on the great interest in the topic of work stress by researchers, espcially on working women ,this included and aimed to find out the impact of work stress on the performance of working woman in administrative staff - A fieled study at the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences – The study started from the following main question :  What are the reflections of work stress on the performance of working women ? And through the following sub_questions :  What are the reflections of the mystery of the role on the performance of working women ?  What are the reflections of the workload on the performance of working women ?  What are the reflections of the work environment on the performance of working women ? The current study was based on the descriptive method , and the study sample consisted of 30 administrative survey method, and the tools of scientific research were used to collect data, observation , questionnaire , documents to analyze and interpret the results, in addition to addopting two methods and manars of quantitative and qualitative analysis.en_US
