Abstract

The current study aimed to find out ''The Reality of Industrial Security in The Algerian Institution'', which was carried out at The Institution of Textile and Processing TIFIB, based on the indicators represented in: preventive measures, continuous monitoring, training, from which the objectives of our study branched out to: - This study aims to shed light on The Reality of Industrial Security in The Institution of Textile and Processing TIFIB. - It aims to find out the preventive measures and whether they are effective in the reality of The Institution of Textile and Processing TIFIB - It seeks to identify whether there is continuous monitoring of resources in The Institution of Textile and Processing TIFIB. - It seeks to know the training programs and what is its quality within The Institution of Textile and Processing TIFIB. We implemented the descriptive method in order to describe this in a scientific way, and by following the steps of this method, data was collected through the following tools: the interview, observation, and questionnaire that was distributed to the study sample according to the Stratified Sample. and the study came to these results: - The Institution of Textile and Processing TIFIB follows several preventive measures. - That there is continuous monitoring over the resources at The Institution of Textile and Processing TIFIB. - That The Institution of Textile and Processing TIFIB takes care of sufficient training of workers.
