The information specialist plays a crucial role among library workers. Training is an essential activity that enhances individual performance within libraries. It develops skills and competencies, provides necessary information for the field of work, and instills in employees a spirit of excellence, passion for work, and appreciation for the institution. This, in turn, motivates them to strive for distinction in their jobs and excel in them, as these positions are closely linked to job performance. Continuous and ongoing training of the information specialist enables them to provide new knowledge and innovative ideas within the work environment. This leads to improving the services offered by the library, including providing various information sources and direct and indirect technical services.
