dc.description.abstractThe current study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between each of the variables of self-efficacy and commitment among a sample of emergency nurses in the hospital institution Si Al-Hawass, M'chouneche , Biskra Province . The study was applied to an intentional sample of sixty 50 nurses. In collecting the data represented by the Schwarzer Self-Efficacy Expectations Questionnaire, which was translated into Arabic by Samer Radwan, in addition to the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire prepared by Saada Abdel-Haq, the Spss program version 28.0 was relied upon to analyze the data , as the study reached the following results:  The existence of a correlation between self-efficacy and organizational commitment among emergency nurses at the Si Al-Hawas Hospital.  There is no positive correlation between self-efficacy and continuous commitment among the emergency medical nurses at the Si Al-Hawas Hospital.  The existence of a correlation between self-efficacy and emotional commitment among emergency medical nurses at the Si Al-Hawas Hospital.  There is a correlation between self-efficacy and normative commitment among emergency medical nurses at Si Al-Hawas Hospitalen_US
