dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the level of professors' job immersion by measuring the level of dimensions of immersion. (Cognitive Immersion - Feeling Immersion - Behavioural Immersion) In order to achieve the study's objectives, we followed the descriptive method as a method and inference as a tool to collect the necessary data from the members of the sample we selected in the survey method of 30 auditory school professors -Shahid Amamra Mukhtar Boys of Jalal - we processed the data collected using Word excel software and the results of the study showed a high level of job immersion among the study professors, This is due to the good conditions within the school thanks to the special support and care provided by the State to this school as it is a special school with hearing impairment as well as the full satisfaction of the teachers with their job In the light of our findings, we have proposed a number of recommendations to maintain and further strengthen the predominant immersion of professors in the future .en_US
