dc.description.abstractThe study dealt with the incentive system and its relation to the level of organizational loyalty of ENICB's employees in biskra so that the key words represented 1 Incentives 2 Organizational Loyalty 3 Material Incentives and Moral Incentives 4 Emotional Loyalty Ongoing Loyalty and Moral Loyalty Where we started from the following question: What is the relationship between the incentive system and the level of organizational loyalty of ENICAB'S employees? To answer this question, we adopted the descriptive approach using a questionnaire, spread over a sample of 25 words. After analysing the data using statistical methods, we have reached the following results: 1_There is a positive correlation between the incentive system and the level of emotional loyalty of ENICAB's employees . because emotional loyalty is concerned with the characteristics and objectives of the individual within the institution 2_There is also a positive correlation between the incentive system and the continued level of survival loyalty of the employees of UNICAB Because continued survival loyalty contributes to the satisfaction and viability of the individual in the institution. 3_There is also a positive correlation between the incentive system and the level of ethical loyalty of ENICAB's employees. Because the individual must be morally committed in order to stay in the institutionen_US
