dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to identify the relationship between organizational communication and job performance in its dimensions (speed of work, performance efficiency, performance size, and performance evaluation). To achieve these objectives, we relied on the questionnaire as a primary tool for data collection, using the descriptive approach. The sample size of the current study consisted of 40 employees from the University of Mohamed Khider in Biskra. After analyzing the data statistically using SPSS software, we found a statistically significant correlation between organizational communication and job performance in its dimensions (speed of work, performance efficiency, performance size, and performance evaluation).en_US
