Abstract: This research aims to choose a number of hypotheses, as follows: - There is a relationship between the prevailing leadership style and organizational communication from the point of view of the department heads of University MohammedKheidar Biskra. - There is a relationship between the bureaucratic leadership style and organizational communication at the University of Mohamed Kheidar Biskra. - There is a relationship between the democratic leadership style and organizational communication at the University of Mohamed Kheidar Biskra. - There is a relationship between leadership style, chaotic style, and organizational communication at the University of Mohamed Kheidar Biskra. To test the validity , or denial of these hypotheses, or to adopt the descriptive approach, on an intentional sample of 20 respondents from the heads of departments of the University of Mohamed Kheidar Biskra. Between these two variables, and based on the results of the analysis using the SPSSv25 program, we reached the following results: - There is a relationship between leadership style and organizational communication from the point of view of department heads, University of Mohamed Kheidar Biskra. The validity of this hypothesis has been confirmed and the existence of a medium relationship between leadership style and organizational communication. There is a relationship between the bureaucratic style and organizational communication, Mohamed Kheidar Biskra University. There is no relationship between the leadership style and organizational communication, and this means that leaders who follow a distinct leadership style tend to be better communicators with their employees and succeed in establishing effective communication relationships within the organization. As for the third hypothesis, it was found that the chaotic style of leadership does not correlate strongly with organizational communication at the University of Mohamed Kheidar Biskra. This means that leaders who follow a chaotic style of leadership may find it difficult to establish effective communication relationships with their employees within the organization.
