Title: دور القيادة التحويلية في بناء الثقة التنظيمية لدى العاملين في المنظمة

Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the role of transformative leadership in building organizational trust among those working on a sample of administrative professors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Mohammed Khidir University (Biskara) in the organization in question, with a view to achieving this, designed a questionnaire consisting of (40) phrases distributed in the first two sections relating to personal data and the other dimensions of the study distributed in a sample amount (29) A management professor of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Mohammed Khaidar University -Biskra - in order to achieve the objectives of this research settled on the adoption of the analytical descriptive curriculum, and the results were analyzed using the statistical program spss. The study found several important findings that transformative leadership is a key factor in building trust among workers, as it is important in supporting and encouraging the way of teamwork and participating in the solution of labour problems without exchanging different ideas and opinions. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant relationship to its four dimensions in building organizational confidence in the organization under consideration. The study also made suggestions of importance: Attention to consolidating the dimensions of transformative leadership and its values, and working to raise the level of trust through the supervisors' reliance on permanent contact with subordinates and opening the space to present and discuss their thoughts and views; It is also important to build organizational confidence in the organization because it is one of the main pillars that supports organizations and pushes them towards achieving the desired goals and directs their individuals towards cooperation and participation.
