Abstract: The current study addressed the topic entitled: "The Level of Organizational Wisdom among Administrative Leaders from the Perspective of Employees." The sample was extracted from the working community of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mohamed Khider University in Biskra. The study aimed to answer the following question: What is the level of organizational wisdom among administrative leaders? The study aimed to reveal the level of organizational wisdom among administrative leaders from the perspective of employees ،using the descriptive-analytical method and employing the questionnaire tool. The following results were obtained: 1. The level of the cognitive dimension of organizational wisdom among administrative leaders in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Biskra University is high ،not average. 2. The level of the reflective dimension of organizational wisdom among administrative leaders in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Biskra University is high ،not average. 3. The level of the affective dimension of organizational wisdom among administrative leaders in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Biskra University is high ،not average. 4. There are statistically significant differences in the level of organizational wisdom among administrative leaders from the perspective of employees (gender ،age ،educational level ،experience).
