Abstract: The student dealt in her study with a topic of the level of social tendency of a young man with a benign tumor in the intestine , This topic has been addressed from the point of view of individual psychology in order to determine the level of social tendency related to the three issues of life Where the clinical approach was relied upon using a case study technique. The following clinical tools were applied: The clinical interview was semi-directed and the measure of social tendency. The study included two cases of young men with a benign tumor in the small intestine. And we reached the following results: The hypothesis that a young man with a benign tumor in the intestine has a low degree of social tendency was not fulfilled. The study revealed that the cases have a high degree of social tendency. This explains to us the fact that cases have accepted their disease, agreed and adapted to it, and seek treatment, and there is no rejection of the disease, collapse or suffering. From Adler's point of view, they possessed the energy and courage of life's issues and difficulties, including illnesses The two cases had a high social tendency that enabled them to respond properly to the circumstances caused by the injury of a benign tumor, and this is confirmed by the knowledge of the individual. Where he sees that the higher his social tendency, the more he accepts and adapts to the obstacles of life. Whenever his tendency was low, he rejected it and was affected by it, unable to progress in his life
