This study dealt with a subject concerned with knowing attachment styles and self-esteem among eczema patients, and paying attention to the bonds of attachment and their role in the individual's psychological, emotional, and social growth , as well as the formation of his personality in the future. This study aimed to identify the dominant attachment style and the level of self-esteem among eczema patients. For this purpose, the study relied on the clinical approach, as it is suitable for case study, where we applied each of the adult attachment styles scale by Mubaraki, Bufatteh and Salami (2017), and the self-esteem scale of Cooper Smith, on 4 female cases between the ages of (23-44) with eczema, in the states of Biskra, Touggourt, and Mila. After presenting, analyzing and discussing the results, we came to understand the relationship between attachment style and the appearance of eczema. as it became clear that early relational experiences are essential for skin growth, As well as the loss and deprivation of the objective tactile relationship may affect the incidence of eczema.as it was found that the dominant attachment style among eczema patients is both secure and avoidant attachment style. And that the self-esteem of eczema patients is estimated to be between medium and low, in addition to that the attachment style affects self-esteem, as the absence of secure attachment leads to a decrease in self-esteem, in turn, the latter may be affected by external factors that may contribute to its increase or decreaseen_US
