Abstract: The current research aims to find out the level of self-esteem and health commitment among patients with high blood pressure and try to answer the following questions: What is the level of self-esteem among patients with high blood pressure? What is the level of health commitment among patients with high blood pressure? The clinical approach was also relied upon using a case study technique, and to test the validity of the hypotheses, we used the following tool: the semi-guided interview, the Cooper Smith scale to measure the level of self-esteem, and a companion questionnaire to determine the level of health commitment.
