Abstract

This work deals with the topic of "Heritage in the Poetry of Hussein Zidane", and the poems of "Hussein Zidan" have been known to employ heritage in its various forms (mythical - religious - historical - literary and popular), as this contemporary Algerian poet was able to deal with these forms of heritage. This poet tried, through his collections, to establish an integrated poetic experience, so he took from the heritage in all its colors to highlight the artistic and creative field. This research aims to highlight the poet's employment of heritage, both tangible and immaterial, and to demonstrate his expressive ability for his intellectual and artistic view of heritage. In this research, I adhered to the analytical descriptive approach, to portray the concepts, forms, and analysis mechanism. I ended the research with a conclusion that included the most important conclusions I reached after studying the subject
