Abstract

This research dealt with the structure of the narrative personality in Ibn Jubair's journey from a narrative perspective. This research included two chapters beginning with the introduction and an introduction entitled: The structure of the narrative personality in Ibn Jubair's journey. Ibn Jubair In it, I dealt with the study of time, its concept and types, as well as the types of places in Ibn Jubair's journey. In addition to the conclusion, which included a comprehensive summary of what I presented in the research, and one of the most important results that I concluded is that the character is among the elements of the narrative or rather nomadic work, as it forms its structure and governs its texture. The traveler Ibn Jubair employed a main character and a secondary one, and he embodied it on various dimensions between psychological and social portrayal. Time and place formed the general framework of the journey, and from here we find that Ibn Jubayr formulated the method of his journey in an easy language characterized by good narration, good photography, and accurate description
