dc.description.abstractThis study aims to shed light on the role of language games in the language acquisition process of preschool children. In an attempt to do so, we tried to answer the following question: Do language games have an impact on linguistic development? And to what extent are they effective in developing language acquisition skills in preschool children ? In our study, we adopted a descriptive methodology and an analytical approach as the most suitable for observing this linguistic phenomenon. As for the research tools, we relied on observation and interviews. We conducted interviews with preschool teachers and observed children in the classroom while they were using language games. The results revealed the following : The role of language games in the language acquisition process and the development of linguistic skills . The effectiveness of language games in developing language acquisition abilities. The impact of language games on the development of linguistic structuresen_US
