Abstract: The topic of research is centred on vernacular overlap, eloquence, cartoon films and its impact on a child's language learning. Animation is one of the most important factors helping to develop a child's language. It clearly affects them as a shelter to reassure their heart and delight themselves. Despite the positives of the cartoon, it carries many disadvantages, which may affect them in their behaviour in general and in their own language, especially fees that employ two linguistic levels. Linguistic overlap (vernacular and eloquent) is an influential factor in cartoons in a child's language. Colloquialism is defined as a set of words by which individuals are created in one society to express their demands and needs and do not adhere to linguistic norms. Sectarianism is the original language that children should learn and communicate and which they will study to make their culture and personality
