Abstract

The study of Arabic grammar requires certain mechanisms and strategies, including the method of mental maps, which is considered a modern pillar in the educational system in general and in the educational process in particular, because it works to simulate the human mind and its capabilities, and also works to link information to the brain. Our study is titled: The Role of Mental Maps in Teaching Arabic Grammar to First Year Secondary Students: Arts and Philosophy as a Model We tried to reveal the importance of these mental maps, which aim to develop the mental abilities of the students and expand their thinking, as well as enable them to understand the information and remember it when needed
