Abstract: This memorandum contains « the impact of Linguistic Planning on Teaching the arabic Languageat the Secondary stage – A Gritical Dexriptive Study- ,language is the main focus of life, as a valuable symbol that contributes strongly to the establishment of ethic identity and the formation of the culture of peoples and mations , and given the important position occupied lesf language Arabic in all areas of life , it must be preserved, maintained and promoted , and forsts advancement this requires serious linguistic planning that works to solve the actual problems that the Arabic language lives in . Therefore , we try to answer the following problem : how does linguistic contribute to teaching the Arabic language ?.
