Abstract: The aim of the research is to study the level of pedagogical communication practice according to the competency approach of secondary education teachers, where the “observation network” measurement tool was applied, and it was applied to a community of (20) teachers in the secondary stage, the academic season 2022-2023 in the municipality of Muzaira, Biskra Province, they were chosen for the comprehensive survey method, following the descriptive approach. This study sought to achieve the following objective:  Studying the level of the pedagogical communication practice in the light of the competencies approach of secondary education teachers. In order to answer the question of the study, an observation network was built to study the level of pedagogical communication practice in the light of modern teaching strategies that are in line with the competencies approach. The following results were reached:  A low level in the practice of pedagogical communication according to the competency approach of secondary education teachers.  A low level in the practice of cognitive communication according to the competencies approach of secondary education teachers.  An average level in the practice of emotional communication according to the competencies approach of secondary education teachers.  A low level in the practice of sensor motor communication according to the competency approach of secondary education teachers
