We conclude from the above study that the laws in which the state was adopted are constantly evolving. Therefore, we may notice this through specialized educational schools in framing and improving the educational level among the institutions and companies as an educational leadership, what should be noted is that educational directorates should take care to conduct internal competitions for those managers and or headmasters
