Abstract: This study aimed at demonstrating the role of administrative creativity in achieving competitive excellence : (leadership excellence, strategy excellence, empowering human resources, customer excellence, product quality) for Amouri’s industrial group at Biskra, And in order to achieve that, the researcher designed a questionnaire that included (44) statements to collect initial information from the study sample consisting of (146) questionnaires. In this light, data was collected, analyzed, and hypotheses tested using the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS.V21) Thus, many statistical methods have been used to achieve the objectives of the study including descriptive statistics (arithmetic mean, standard deviation), simple linear regression, monolithic variation analysis ...etc. After analyzing the data of this study and its hypotheses, the study reached several results, the most prominent of which are: the high level of administrative creativity in the Group under study, which indicates the administration's interest in adopting the creativity method at work. The results of the study also showed a high level of competitive excellence with its different dimensions . The study also showed the existence of a significant positive role for administrative creativity in achieving competitive excellence with its different dimensions in Amouri’s Group - Biskra, where the variable of administrative creativity explained 31.1% of the changes that occurred in competitive excellence in the Group under study. It also found that there were statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the respondents about the level of administrative creativity that occurred in the group under study, due to the following personal and functional variables: gender, age, academic qualification, and years of experience. There are statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the respondents about the level of competitive excellence achieved in the group under study due to the following personal and functional variables: (gender, age, and the absence of statistically significant differences) in the perceptions of the respondents about the level of competitive superiority achieved in the Group under study due to the following personal and functional variables: Academic qualification , Years of Experience. The study concluded with a number of suggestions for the management of the group, most notably: The group must increase spending on research and development in order to encourage creativity and innovation. And it should also encourage his employees and instill in them the spirit of teamwork and the spirit of initiative in presenting their ideas
