Abstract

The main aims of this study is to highlights the reasons that accelerated the introduction of the green economy as a new paths for economic development, which relies on fossil energy to achieve economic growth without taking into account the environmental aspect, traditional production and consumption patterns have exacerbated global warming and the accompanying manifestations of climate change that have come to threaten human life. Beyond recognition of the countries about the climate changes and environmental impacts, Countries need to change the form of economic and social development to « Green economy » wich is a new paths for economic development , to limit a rise in global temperature, the countries need to invest in renewable energy projects as environmentally friendly and contributing to energy security, and the descriptive approach to the green economy and renewable energies and the analytical approach to monitoring renewable energy developments during the study period, The standard approach was also based on fossil energy, renewable energies and CO2 emission variables and the study model was assessed using ARDL.
