Abstract: The subject of the thesis is talking about the role of organizational values in the achievement of the objectives of the institution , so the field direction takes the nature of survey describing the possible roles between the study variables, making part of the survey area an integral part of the experiment research process in its field dimension , which makes the return to the heritage of the subject as a systematic requirement for the researcher emphasizing her analytical treatment when the field id rational , the results are announced and hypothesis is verified so the curriculum was descriptive . The study started with the major question : The organisational values play role in achieving the goals of the institution ? This question has given rise to a number of partial question : 1 – Does discipline play a role for achieving the goals of the institution? 2- Does participation in decision –making have a role for achieving the goals of the institution? 3 – Do human relations play a role for achieving the goals of the institution? The targeting is considered to be a sample represented to clarify that the findings of the study reflected the objectives which was prepared . It covered the questions which I raised . I verified the procedural assumptions which were formulated , thus I confirmed that there is a role of organizational values in the achievement of the goals of the institution .
