Abstract: This study addressed one of the most important and contemporary topics in our current era, which is of great importance to Algerian institutions today, namely job satisfaction and employee performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the contribution of job satisfaction with its different dimensions (satisfaction with promotion, satisfaction with salary, satisfaction with job content, satisfaction with working conditions) to improving employee performance. To achieve the objectives of the study, the experience of a cable manufacturing complex in the state of Biskra was examined as a case study to analyze the impact of job satisfaction on employee performance. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool on a sample of 40 employees in the complex, and after analysis using the statistical software SPSS, the study revealed the impact of job satisfaction on improving employee performance in the cable manufacturing complex in Biskra.
