dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to identify the impact of strategic vigilance in achieving outstanding performance in communication agencies (Mobilis, Djeezy and Ooredoo) - Biskra branch -, and in order to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study community - through field visits - and its size is ( 30) single, all questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences SPSS program, the descriptive approach and the analytical method were relied upon in this study, and several statistical methods were relied upon, including: descriptive statistical measures and regression analysis ... etc. The study concluded that the dimensions of strategic vigilance (competitive, technological, commercial, environmental) all had a statistically significant effect on achieving outstanding performance, and the correlation coefficient between the independent and dependent variables of the study reached (88.2%), which is a high degree of correlation. The independent variable, which is strategic vigilance in this model, explains (77.7%) of the variation in the dependent variable, which is outstanding performance. In the light of the results obtained, the study recommends the need for the communication agencies under study to work diligently and continuously to enhance and enrich the activity of strategic vigilance in different dimensions in order to maintain the level of distinguished performance that it has reached (according to the results of the study), because it operates in an environment characterized by changes and developments at every moment which it must followen_US
