dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to shed light on the importance of an organization's focus on ISO and Total Quality Management (TQM) in terms of their impact on the organization's practices and strategies to achieve competitive advantage. It highlighted their effective role in developing competitive advantage by improving the organization's reputation, thereby attracting new customers and retaining existing ones, ultimately leading to increased competitive capability in the market. The study recommended activating TQM by emphasizing employee participation in decision-making processes and increasing their empowerment to facilitate timely and high-quality work. It also emphasized the importance of implementing training plans for employees to enhance their problem-solving capabilities. Additionally, it stressed the need to produce goods and services that meet international quality standards in order to obtain ISO certificationen_US
